- Sağ üstteki Ayarlar düğmesine dokun.
- “Hesap ve gizlilik” bölümüne ilerle.
- “Çevrimiçi hesabımı sil” seçeneğine dokun.
- Kalıcı silme onayını ver.
Firebase Authentication hesabın ve sunucudaki erişim belgen silinir. Cihazdaki bölüm ilerlemen kalır. Premium satın alımın mağaza hesabına bağlıdır ve daha sonra “Satın alımları geri yükle” ile doğrulanabilir.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan hesap silme talebi gönder
katla.support@gmail.com adresine “FOLDOUT hesap silme talebi” konusuyla yaz. Hesabına bağlı e-posta adresini ve varsa uygulamadaki “Destek kimliğim” değerini belirt. Şifreni veya mağaza makbuzunun tamamını gönderme. Talebin üzerine çevrimiçi hesabın ve sunucudaki erişim kaydının silinmesi için destek ekibi seninle iletişime geçer; uygulamayı yeniden yüklemen gerekmez.
Reklam ve veri tercihleri
Kullanım istatistikleri, hata raporları ve gerektiğinde reklam gizlilik tercihleri uygulamanın Ayarlar ekranından yönetilir.
Request deletion of your FOLDOUT account
Delete your account in the app
- Open FOLDOUT.
- Tap Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Go to “Account and privacy”.
- Tap “Delete my online account”.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Your Firebase Authentication account and server access document are deleted. Level progress on the device remains. A Premium purchase belongs to your store account and can be verified later with “Restore purchases”.
Request account deletion without the app
Email katla.support@gmail.com with the subject “FOLDOUT account deletion request”. Include the email linked to your account and your “My support ID” if available. Do not send your password or full store receipt. Support will contact you about deleting your online account and server access record; you do not need to reinstall the app.
Ad and data choices
Usage analytics, crash reporting, and ad privacy choices where required are managed from Settings in the app.
